Stan Williams
Stan Williams is the Community Engagement and Innovative Education Coordinator for the Champlain Valley School District, where he also works as an instructional coach and has spent many years teaching Humanities in grades 7–12. He co-founded the Think Tank class at Champlain Valley Union High School to give students space to explore real-world challenges and design thoughtful solutions. He is the co-author of The Standards-Based Classroom: Make Learning the Goal and has supported the district’s move toward standards-based learning and grading. More recently, he’s been focused on helping educators explore the role of AI in schools, with an emphasis on ethical, effective, and safe use. His work centers on making learning purposeful and meaningful for both students and teachers.
