CVEDC Welcomes New Executive Director, Erin Tinti

The Champlain Valley Educator Development Center (CVEDC) is pleased to announce that Erin Tinti, EdD (she/her) has been named the new Executive Director as of July 2025.

Erin brings a wealth of experience in educational leadership, curriculum and instruction, and equity-centered professional development.  She holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Vermont, focused on instructional leadership and student-centered practices. Her professional journey includes leadership roles in curriculum design, literacy instruction, teacher mentorship, and higher education instruction.  

Erin's approach is rooted in collaboration, creativity, and a deep belief in the transformative power of education. She is known for ability to listen deeply, respond thoughtfully, and design professional learning experiences that are both innovative and relevant.

In her new role, Erin will lead CVEDC in their mission to provide quality professional learning, strengthen partnerships with educators and school leaders, and continue advancing high-impact professional development that is responsive to the evolving needs of Vermont’s schools.
